Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Note: Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers' records, so please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of your order date if the merchandise is unused and remains in its original packaging with hangtags still attached. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling changes that were paid. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return and will be applied against your original method of payment.
If an item is received beyond the 30 day return period or is not in “returnable” condition as described above, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement and will be responsible to pay for the item to be shipped back to them. After 30 days, if payment is not received for the return shipping of the non-returnable goods, the product will be destroyed.
